This ORI os for applicants who are applying through the Florida CFO's office for Funeral/Cemetary licensing. Though Idemia is listed on the website, COVID-19 has caused the department to tell applicants that other's can do the fingerprints provided they report the ORI listed to the FDLE.

Cancellation Policy

It is the applicant's responsibility to ensure the correct ORI number is provided. No refunds will be given after prints are submitted. If you do give us the wrong ORI number, we will charge a lesser reprint fee, but our costs for tax and submission must be paid. Be aware this is a HOME-BASED BUSINESS. If you are uncomfortable with this please Do Not Proceed.
