Fingerprinting Basics
If your profession or professional licensing regulatory board requires Level 2 Livescan fingerprint results, look no further. eFingerprints.org is an Approved Livescan Fingerprinting vendor through the Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE).

In the traditional method of fingerprinting, ink is applied to each of your fingers which are then “rolled” across a fingerprint card to obtain your prints. With electronic fingerprinting, there is no ink or card. Your fingerprints are “rolled” across a glass plate and scanned. It is faster and cleaner than the traditional method. Electronic fingerprinting reduces the likelihood of illegible fingerprints and will reduce the overall application processing time.

We are located in beautiful Sarasota, Florida centrally located between North and South County.

Upon receipt, the FDLE can process the fingerprints within two business days and the intended State Agency is notified of the results. Be advised, Every transaction needs an ORI #. about us
eFingerprints.org is a division of License Exam Services, LLC. (organized in 2010). We started off with helping construction contractors obtain and maintain compliance with their professional licensing. Fingerprinting is a part of that process.
In the beginning, we found that our contractor clients were having difficulty with getting anyone to answer their phones to set up appointments for fingerprinting. It was easier for us to book the appointment for the client.
We contacted several national biometric providers and asked to become a provider for them, but their response was so-so. We were not impressed. We decided to buy the equipment, get trained, and make fingerprinting as convenient as possible for our clients. We hope you will join our list of satisfied customers!
